Form cues
- Hands on a sturdy chair/couch edge, shoulders over hands
- Lower the chest to the edge, elbows about 45° from the body
- Full-body plank position — no sagging hips
Common errors
- ✗ Head leading the movement (neck dips first)
- ✗ Elbows flaring wide
