Live adaptation — real engine output

A hard day shouldn't cancel your workout. It should reshape it.

A shorter window still deserves a thoughtful session. Tell Kalyra what today looks like; see what changes below.

  • Cat-Cow1 × 8–10 reps
  • Standing Side Body Reach1 × 6–8 per side reps

  • Chair Squat1 × 8–10 reps
  • Wall Push-Up1 × 8–10 reps
  • Glute Bridge1 × 8–10 reps
Kalyra rebuilt your session. Not shortened blindly — re-optimized around today's highest-value training:
  • low self-reported energy
  • poor reported sleep
  • Rebuilt around the highest-value work: squats, pushing, hinges (glutes/hamstrings) stay, with one focused set each.
  • Warm-up trimmed to 3 quick items; cool-down to 1.
  • Same training effect priorities as your 44-minute plan — this is a re-plan, not a cut-off.

Generated at build time by the same deterministic engine the app runs — try it with your own day in the assessment.

It learns your performance

What you actually did changes what comes next.

Every session you complete — reps, load, effort, what you skipped, what you swapped — feeds the next plan. Weeks progress only when you're ready; hard weeks are heard.

  • Reps and load progression
  • RIR / RPE effort tracking
  • Completion, skips and swaps
  • Exercise preferences — learned, not asked twice

Real output — week 1 to week 3, Goblet Squat

Week 14 × 8–10 reps
Week 34 × 9–12 reps

From the same 4-week plan shown above — progression decided by the engine, per exercise.

Your body gets a say

Constraints don't end training. They redirect it.

How it works

1

Tell Kalyra about you

Two minutes — goals, schedule, equipment, a readiness check.

2

Get your plan

A real 4-week program, validated before you see it.

3

Train

Player with timers, cues, swaps and skip — built for mid-workout hands.

4

Kalyra learns

Every session feeds capability, effort and preference.

5

Your next session improves

Progression, recovery and your days shape what's next.

Under the hood — why you can trust the plan

Kalyra's programming is a deterministic engine, not a chatbot guessing: balanced movement patterns, volume caps per muscle, duration contracts per session, contraindication checks before you ever see an exercise — and every generated plan is re-validated by a separate safety validator. AI in Kalyra explains and encourages; it never invents prescriptions. The full method →

Progress you can feel — and see

Why Kalyra is different

A static plan ages the day you get it.

A static program

  • Same workout regardless of your day
  • Doesn't learn your exercise preferences
  • Generic progressions on a calendar
  • "Just do it" — even when life says no

Kalyra

  • Rebuilds the session around your actual day
  • Learns what you skip, swap and love
  • Progression follows your performance
  • Adapts around your body, equipment and space

Safety by design

Screened first. Constrained always. Transparent about every change.

Readiness screen

A standard activity-readiness check before anything is programmed — heart health, dizziness, joints, pregnancy, postpartum.

Constraint engine

Each movement carries its own caution list; your flags remove or replace it — and you're shown why, in plain words.

Environment checks

Furniture-based training only programs after you confirm your setup — Kalyra never guesses about your table, doorframe or floor.

Kalyra takes a deliberately conservative approach with pregnancy and postpartum training and holds back movements others might allow. Read the full approach →

Questions

The honest answers.

Do I need equipment?

No. Bodyweight plans are fully programmed and honestly progressed. One band or one pair of dumbbells deepens pulling and loading, but "none" is a complete answer.

What if I only have 10 minutes?

Ten minutes is a real session. Kalyra rebuilds around the time you actually have — keeping the highest-value work, never just chopping the list.

What if an exercise hurts?

Stop. Flag the area and Kalyra replaces that movement pattern with a safe alternative and shows you why. New or worsening pain is always a talk-to-a-professional signal, not a push-through one.

Can beginners use Kalyra?

Yes — the engine doses sets, reps and exercise complexity to your experience, and progression only comes when your sessions say you're ready.

Can I train while travelling?

Yes — minimal-equipment plans and TodayState rebuilds handle hotel rooms, tight schedules and whatever space you get.

What changes with Pro?

Continuous adaptation and learning: performance-based progression, load and rep guidance, full TodayState adaptation, unlimited smart rebuilds and deeper analytics. Safety never costs anything.

Can I cancel anytime once billing launches?

Yes — monthly cancels at any time; annual cancels at period end. No dark patterns, no retention maze. Your plan and history stay yours.

How is Kalyra different from a fixed program?

A fixed plan can't see your day. Kalyra adapts the session to your time, energy, equipment and body — and learns from what you actually do.

Your next workout can fit
the life you're actually living.
