- Step one foot out as the arms overhead-clap
- Stay on the balls of the feet, knees soft
- Keep it smooth — no need to jump
Common errors

How Kalyra programs it
Raises the heart rate with a controlled, joint-friendly rhythm — used in short doses inside conditioning sessions.
Typically 1–3 sets of 40s, with the hold length scaled to the session.
