Form cues

  • Side-lying, knees stacked at 90°, both arms reaching forward
  • Inhale, then exhale as you open the top arm like a book cover
  • Follow the hand with your eyes; keep the knees heavy and still

Common errors

  • ✗ Letting the knees roll with the rotation
  • ✗ Shrugging the bottom shoulder
