Form cues

  • Half-kneel with a cushion under the down knee; tuck the pelvis under first
  • Gently shift forward until the front of the hip lengthens
  • Squeeze the glute on the stretching side

Common errors

  • ✗ Arching the low back instead of tucking
  • ✗ Bouncing
