Form cues

  • Sit tall with one hand on the belly, one on the ribs
  • Inhale through the nose so the belly hand moves first
  • Exhale slowly, letting the ribs settle — the exhale is longer than the inhale

Common errors

  • ✗ Shrugging the shoulders to inhale
  • ✗ Forcing the exhale
