Form cues
- Forearms on a wall, hips hinged slightly; brace the middle
- Lift one knee to hip height without letting the pelvis tilt
- Lower under control and switch — the trunk stays square
Common errors
- ✗ Hips rotating open with the knee
- ✗ Leaning weight into the wall
